Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable items, food, food related products, sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Refunds

All returns and refunds must be pre-approved via email confirmation. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on store credit.
